Introduction

The NCDFGroup comprises of Nigerian Capital Development, NCDFGroup Plc and NCDF Investment Management Limited (hereinafter referred to as "NCDFGroup”) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within its own business or in any of its supply chains. This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps NCDFGroup has taken during the financial year to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chain.

Our business

NCDFGroup is a development and investment institution dedicated to fostering sustainable economic growth and development in Nigeria. We recognise the importance of respecting human rights, including the prohibition of modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are committed to ensuring that our business and supply chains are free from such practices.
